Standard shipping is free for orders over 1 500 Kč. For oversized shipments (large furniture), shipping is free from 15,000 CZK.
How fast do you deliver?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1-2 business days for standard shipments, 3-5 days for oversized furniture.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes, for oversized shipments the carrier will contact you to arrange a specific date. For standard shipments, you can use the carrier's service to change delivery.
What if I am not home?
The courier will attempt redelivery or leave the package at the nearest pickup point. At Zasilkovna and other pickup points, you have 7 days to collect.
