How do I order assembly?
You can add assembly to your cart directly when purchasing a product, or order it separately through customer support with your order number.
When will the technician arrive?
After delivery, we will contact you and schedule an assembly date. Usually within 3-5 business days of delivery, including weekends by arrangement.
What if I'm not satisfied with the assembly?
We provide a 24-month warranty on our work. If any problem arises, a technician will come and fix it free of charge.
Do I need to be home all day?
No, the technician will contact you 30 minutes before arrival. We arrange a specific time window (usually 2-3 hours).
Is assembly available in my city?
We provide assembly services throughout the Czech Republic. The price may be increased by travel costs for more remote locations.
What does the technician need from me?
Only access to the assembly location and an electrical outlet. The technician brings all tools and fastening materials.
